The Conference Grants Fund assists the organisers of international scientific/scholarly conferences in the Netherlands.

What does it cover?

The grant is intended to cover no more than a third of the total conference budget, with a ceiling of EUR 8500. The conference budget may not exceed EUR 170,000. Exceptions are possible; see the document Purpose and provisions of the Conference Grant Fund, in Dutch.

How to apply?

You have until 1 November 2013 to apply for a grant (for conferences which will take place after 1 February 2013). You will find a link to the relevant application form on the right-hand side of this page.
