The Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO) and  the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW) are collaborating with the China Scholarship Council (CSC) in a new programme: Talent and Training (T&T) China-Netherlands.

The programme has been set up within the scope of the ‘1000 PhDs initiative’ launched by the Dutch Innovation Platform in 2009.

Objective

T&T China-Netherlands aims to improve the quality and increase the volume of doctoral research at universities and research institutes in the Netherlands. The purpose of the programme is to recruit talented Chinese PhD candidates interested in coming to the Netherlands to carry out their PhD research.
