The Mobility Programme awards small travel grants to talented Indonesian and senior Dutch researchers in disciplines that offer the potential for successful cooperation.

Objective

The aim of the Mobility Programme is to help build on and maintain relationships between the Indonesian and Dutch research communities and their multilateral networks by funding two types of activities:

• Training and exchanges
• Multilateral network building

Training and exchanges

This involves encouraging cooperation between Dutch researchers and top Indonesian researchers. The focus is on developing and maintaining the skills of talented Indonesian researchers by offering additional training opportunities and bilateral exchanges.

Multilateral network building

This concerns activities (for example network meetings, workshops) aimed at preparing research funding applications for multilateral funding programmes, for example for the EU.
