Prof. Hans Clevers, Academy member and director of the Hubrecht Institute, has been awarded the Ernst Jung Medical Award 2011.
Hans Clevers receives this award in recognition of his pioneering research work in explaining the molecular causes of colon cancer which is expected to be of great benefit for the further development of innovative therapies.
The award ceremony is scheduled for Friday 6 May 2011.
