The aim of the Arend Heyting Foundation is to build on the knowledge of mathematical logic, and in particular intuitionism.

The Foundation’s fund was established in 1981 in memory of mathematician Arend Heyting (1898-1980). The Foundation organizes the Arend Heyting Lecture at least once every three years.
