Respectful and effective communication

In this training course, you’ll learn to recognise and set boundaries while respecting yourself and others and without losing contact with them. You’ll learn to give your own plans room to thrive while being receptive to other people’s ideas. This provides you with very practical tools with regard to communication.

At the same time, you also look inwards, at your own impediments and strength. During the training course, there is also plenty of opportunity to practice using practical situations, so that the insights are directly applicable.

Target group

All Academy staff who would like to be more sure of themselves in conversation with others. Staff who wish to listen to others and consider the opinions and requests of others but also want to achieve their own aims and set clear boundaries. This involves, for instance, learning to say no.

  • recognising and setting boundaries while respecting yourself and others and keeping an open mind to other opinions and suggestions;
  • Reinforcing your personal strength and awareness of your inner dialogue;
