Work-life balance

You have a lot on your plate and you want to be able to juggle it all. Sometimes that means you find yourself spending more time on your work or another aspect of your life than you'd like. You're off balance. This training course will help you discover what you truly want and how to free up more time for it. 

Target group

All Academy staff who want to learn to use their strengths to make choices and perform more effectively.


In this training course, you’ll learn how to improve your work-life balance. You’ll work towards achieving your own goal and look at what’s keeping you from achieving that balance. 

This training course covers the following topics, among others:

  • Self-analysis, core personality traits and pitfalls
  • Personal goals and motivations
  • Insight into your own behaviour and actions
  • Time management
  • Stress management and energy balance
  • Real-life situations and examples
  • Personal action plan.

  • Duration: two sessions, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
