Academy Early Career Partnerships

The Academy Early Career Partnerships programme was set up with the aim of encouraging researchers at the start of their careers to enter into or develop interdisciplinary collaborations in order to arrive at new fundamental research insights in all fields of science.

An Academy Early Career Partnership enables early career researchers to organise a meeting with participants from different scientific disciplines to jointly explore unconventional, innovative ideas or methods for fundamental research.

A maximum of ten Partnerships are allocated annually. The allocation consists of a maximum of € 10,000 for organising a meeting at the Academy or at a location of choice, such as the Lorentz Center.

The Academy Early Career Partnerships are made available by the Academy Fund.
