How does the Academy deal with its research publications?

The Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences requests its researchers to ensure open access to their publications. That means that all research results – for example articles, books, dissertations, or reports – are made available free of charge and without restrictions.

The Academy believes that the results of publicly financed research and publications should be freely accessible.
