Data lifecycle
Through digital facilities such as the DANS Data Stations and DataverseNL, we support every stage of the data lifecycle, from storage and publication to reuse and long-term accessibility. We make internationally recognised principles such as FAIR and TRUST applicable in practice through guidelines, tools, advice and training.
Digital and social transition
DANS actively contributes to national and international networks and policy development around open science. We enhance the quality and integrity of science, amplify societal impact, and assist institutions with their digital and social transitions in research and knowledge sharing.
