Data Archiving and Networked Services (DANS)

Data Archiving and Networked Services (DANS) is the Netherlands institute for permanent access to digital research resources.

DANS encourages researchers to make their digital research data findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable.

This means that scientists can use the data for new research and that published research is verifiable and repeatable. With a collection of hundreds of thousands of datasets, DANS is one of the leading repositories in Europe.

DANS is a joint institute of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences and the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO)
